We took a little trip to the alps with tonight's special bistro strip, a 10oz grilled strip with roasted vegetables galore! Sherry port wine jus, charred shallot butter, peppers, Garlic and herbs de provance. Tasty! Roasty! 😎

Last night's taco's sure were tasty...they kept us in the mood for Latin flavors. Tonight's special is a ancho Chile spiced strip steak with chipolte roasted baby potatoes, pablano queso, corn and tomato salsa, fresh avocado and avocado ranchero sauce. 🤠🐄🥑
